In this class we will be learning to knit the latest pattern from Rachel Kieselburg, made for Strikke Yarn & Supply's American Wool Month! The Winter Wheat hat is a main feature during the month of February in celebration of American Wool. Rachel used skein of Mitchell Wool Co's American Fiber DK - 1 skein in Dandelion, and 1 skein in Lamb, for her size adult medium hat. 


Prerequisite:

Experience with knit, purl, & decrease stitches; as well as knitting in the round.

Materials to Bring to Class:

  • 2 colors of DK weight yarn; wound. Please refer to pattern for yardage amount for your size.

  • Circular needles to match yarn gauge

  • Winter Wheat Pattern

Homework: cast on and work ribbing before first class.
