Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns shall be in the form of a credit to original method used for purchase. Such credit shall be posted once Strikke Yarn & Supply has confirmed item is in returnable condition and meets eligibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unwound, undamaged, and in its original packaging with original label. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items, publications, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.

Needles and crochet hooks are non-refundable, but may only be exchanged for a new size within 2 weeks of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@strikkeyarns.com and we will send you return instructions. All permitted returns must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with a tracking number, at customer's sole cost and expense. Notice of return and tracking number must be sent to info@strikkeyarns.com
