Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with USPS at your cost. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Holidays and weather may delay your shipment. If there is a delay, you will be notified. If item is a pre-order, you will receive a shipping date estimate at time of purchase. All items in the order will ship once the pre-ordered item is available. Please make a separate purchase if you wish to receive non pre-order items sooner.

Strikke Yarn & Supply is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. If there are any questions about your order, or an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please contact USPS to inquire about missing packages. 

International orders/ customers may incur duties, or customers fees, and customers are responsible for paying these costs. Strikke Yarn & Supply is not responsible for these costs, and the price of shipping does not include these costs. Please contact your local customs office for details. We cannot guarantee you won't be charged extra fees upon receipt of your order.
