Pick your favorite top down, circular yoke, colorwork sweater! We'll discuss gauge, fit, address issues in colorwork tension, catching floats, modifications, and finishing. 

Materials to Bring to Class: any top down, colorwork, yoked sweater pattern, yarn, needles, and bottoms as specified in pattern. We recommend choosing a pattern calling for DK/ worsted/ aran weight yarn. Follow this link for suggestions!

Homework: bring a washed and blocked swatch (at least 5x5") to first class. Swatching in the round is recommended: https://ysolda.com/blogs/journal/swatch-in-the-round

Intermediate skill level: comfortable with basic knitting skills and some basic experience with stranded colorwork. This could be your first sweater project if you are fairly confident in colorwork.
