Holiday Knit Stocking

Get a jump on the holidays and have a holiday stocking ready to go and be filled with special treats. In this class, you'll learn to knit a festive Holiday Doodle Stocking - mix & match colorwork charts to make yours one of a kind. We'll cover the basics of stranded colorwork, choosing colors, managing floats, and color dominance; all while knitting a cute stocking. 

Experience: No colorwork experience needed. Must be able to confidently knit in the round on DPNs or magic loop. 

Materials to bring to class: 

• Pattern: Holiday Doodle Stocking by Pacific Knit Co (pattern can be found here)
• Yarn: DK weight in at least 2 colors (see pattern for details)
• Needles: US 4 DPNs or 32" circular (adjust needle size if necessary for your own tension)
• Stitch markers and tapestry needle
