Knit a Raglan Sweater
5 Sessions: Wednesdays, Jan 29th, Feb 5, Feb 19th, March 12, & April 16th from 6- 8pm

Knit your first sweater! In this class we will knit a top down, raglan sweater. You can choose a cardigan or pullover and Rachel will guide you through swatching, picking your size, raglan sweater construction, and finishing with lots of tips, tricks, and encouragement along the way.
Prerequisite: Knitting 103 (or confidently able to cast on, knit, purl, increase and decrease, and work both flat and in the round)
Materials to Bring to Class:
- Yarn, needles, and notions as required for your choice of pattern:
- Cozy Classic Raglan by Jessie Maed Designs
- Copenhagen Cardigan by PetiteKnit
- Champagne Cardigan by PetiteKnit
- (or other top down raglan sweater pattern, with instructor approval)
Homework: work up a 6x6" swatch in the gauge recommended by your pattern, block and bring to class.
